So, I booked made my internal USA - Canada - USA flights this mornings. I won't tell you where/when they are - you'll just have to keep on reading :o)

Someone asked me of last year's trip, "Running to or running from?" It took me a while, but the answer is 'running from'. Yet to leave, but this time - I can't wait to come home!

I woke up this morning resolute on a number of items. Despite unbearable night coughs, I will go to the USA/Canada in June.

I know that going on another trip is the last thing my beloved parents want to hear, but you've always known that this child makes decisions to the beat of her own drum ...

After an interesting 2009, I depart very soon for ANOTHER trip to the USA/Canada.

I promise to keep this one updated! Three weeks to go, and I am grateful for everything learnt during last year's speedy round-the-world trip, Sept-Dec 2008. Lauralee, Veronica and especially Darrel for all the travel advice and encouragement.

Life changes after travelling - the hard way - landing in foreign places, not knowing the language, culture and customs. Simply wandering, seeing and doing things which entice. Meeting people and understanding that at least 99.99% of people in the world are good and want the same things in life.

Differences make life interesting, but similarities AND the internet helps to keep us connected ;o)

As I gear up for this trip, no nerves AT ALL!
